- Background Check: Secretary of State verification within 48 hours.
- Customer Feedback: Review public ratings and reviews; poor reputation disqualifies.
4. Quality Standards
- High-quality products/services that meet expectations.
- Responsive, ethical customer service.
- Fair pricing, honest advertising, responsible sourcing.
5. Approval & Onboarding
- Approved businesses receive a welcome email and access to platform tools.
- Set up your profile: add logo, images, and referral campaigns.
- Kick off with a live onboarding session on digital referral marketing best practices.
6. Ongoing Monitoring
- Regular performance reviews against quality goals.
- Continuous customer feedback monitoring.
- Periodic compliance audits.
7. Remediation & Suspension
- Notification & Review: Identify and communicate issues.
- Corrective Plan: Work with Dealsby to improve practices.
- Follow-Up: Monitor progress over a set period.
- Temporary Suspension: Pause membership if standards aren’t met.
- Termination: Remove membership after multiple failed interventions.
- Appeal: Independent review upon request.
8. Referral Handling
- Notify Parties: Inform referrers & referees of any business termination.
- Honor Existing Referrals: Existing rewards are not guaranteed post-termination.
- Suspend New Referrals: Immediate hold on new referrals once deactivated.
- Outstanding Rewards: Process any valid pending rewards.
- Reallocation: Option to shift referrals to similar businesses.
9. Fraud Prevention
- User verification via email/phone.
- Unique referral links for accurate tracking.
- Algorithmic monitoring + manual review for suspicious patterns.
- Clear T&C and conditional reward validation.
- Community reporting and regular audits.
10. Reporting & Response Timeline
- Submit Report: Use Service Ticket → Other Category.
- Acknowledgment: Within 24 hours.
- Initial Review: 1–3 business days.
- Detailed Investigation: 5–10 business days.
