How do I sign up as a merchant? Click Create Your Account, then select “Small Business”. You can start with a free trial and upgrade as needed.

How do I create an offer? Use the Referral Campaign Builder in your dashboard. Choose deal type, duration, and customer reward structure.
What types of rewards can I offer? Cash discounts, loyalty points, free add-ons, or custom perks. The platform supports flexible configurations.
📈 Tracking & Performance
Where can I track referral activity? Your Dashboard shows referral rates, engagement metrics, redemption volume, and ROI over time.
Do I get notified about new referrals? Absolutely. Real-time notifications and leaderboard highlights are integrated into your dashboard.

Can I integrate Dealsby with my POS? Dealsby provides instructions on how to develop a Dealsby promo key on your POS. See the “POS Key Setup” menu link on your business dashboard.
How do I access help? Access the “Business Guide”, “Referral Guide”, and “Quick Start” options at the top of your business dashboard. You can also chat live via the homepage or submit a support ticket via the “Support Tickets” link in your dashboard menu.

What does Dealsby cost? We offer multiple tiers—from starter plans to growth solutions. The first 14 days are free!
How can I change my plan? Visit the Pricing page. Changes take effect immediately, and prorated billing is available.

What is the Community Referrals module? A B2B feature that allows merchants to refer other local businesses. Earn perks and subscription discounts when your referrals join. See the “Business Refer a Business” link in the “Resource” tab to learn how to earn 25% off a future month's subscription.
How do I get featured on the homepage or map? Sign up for the Featured Small Business Program during registration or update your plan using the Stripe link in your dashboard.
